— A letter from the founder
I know the stories are in there. I just can't find them.
Twenty years ago I served a mission for 2 years in Budapest, Hungary. I saw miracles, taught and worshipped Jesus with people I thought I'd never forget, and became who I am today because of it. Since then, life has kept adding more — marriage, kids, career, friends, experiences that changed how I see myself, ordinary days that turned out to matter more than I realized at the time.
I can only remember a fraction of any of it now.
What I did write down is packed away in a box. Once every few years, I dig it out — and struggle to find the story I'm looking for. It's not just the mission stories. It's everything since. Every meaningful experience fades the same way if I don't do something on purpose to keep it.
